An Alumnus of XIMB in Rural Management and MA in Rural Development from IGNOU he has worked in various projects of XIMB in partnership with different Governmental and Non Governmental Organisations. He has developed proposals for a number of NGOs and has worked as trainer in the fields of entrepreneurship development, marketing research, project development etc. As visiting faculty, he visits various social work and management institutions. He specializes in rural entrepreneurship development and community health management.
